TILLY Jacquard frill pants

A pair of textured jacquard pants with raised dot patterning throughout - light, breathable, and somewhere between elevated pyjama and effortless cool-girl. The waist has a soft elastic band cinched with a drawstring tie, AND each hem has its own drawstring at the leg opening, so you can pull the bottoms tight for a balloon-pant silhouette or let them drape long and loose.
